I used this cookbook extensively. Cheaply bound from what looks like a Kinkos, no pictures, yet the recipes are entirely authentic and easy to prepare to get the best of Southwestern cuisine. Keep in mind that New Mexico cooking really isnt done outside New Mexico. The ingredients dont keep at lower elevations or higher humidity, and the baking/cooking times are wrong for below 7000 feet elevation. However, you can get enough of the experience to make it worth using and New Mexico does enjoy the lowest rates of stomach and colon cancer in the world for good reason.
